                            Undertakes The Followings: 

* To ensure and promote the Clergy and Laity in the Blessed Kingdom of Divine Ministers of the Zion-Biafraism Perfect Kingdom Faith in Divine Commission of “The Restoration of All Things" (Mal. 4: 5-6; Matt. 17:11; Acts 3: 19-21) and thereby afford adequate “Academic Touch” to their Divine Anointing and so meet up with the 21st Century sophistication, which is in keeping with the Scriptural Injunctions in Isaiah 10: 27; Prov. 27: 17; Prov.9: 9; Eccl.10: 10 & 2 Tim.2:15. 

* To provide sound, in-depth, unique, systematic, practical, effective and Christ De Messiah–oriented Biblical cum Theological and Ministerial Education for Christians & Zionists (Yahwehists) desirous to fulfill the Divine Call of the Lord God Almighty, YAHWEH / JEHOVAH and thereby raise a committed, dedicated array of Commissioned Kingdom Divine Militants in the Dei-Zion Divinity Military Operations Network @ Zion of Heavenly Jerusalem.  

* To afford total promotion & propagation of the Kingdom Gospel Message Of Blessed Lord Christ De Messiah by evangelistic soul-winning Ministries @ Christ De Messiah’s Biblical saving Knowledge unto Eternal Life in the Kingdom of God, Almighty YAHWEH. 

* To train, equip and project great and noble vessels of Christian cum Zionist Leaders and Trainers who could serve in the capacity of worldwide ministries of BIAFRA @ ZION Jewry Kingdom, Worldwide.
